Reserve your dream bike through BikeExchange
Want to have the biking experience of a lifetime? With us, you can easily reserve your desired bike at a partner store and then pick it up in the shop. Directly online, with no waiting times.
Here's how it works:
Choose your bike: Browse through our wide range of options and find the bike that fits you perfectly.
Add to cart: Place the bike in the desired size and color into the cart and proceed to checkout.
Choose reservation: In the shipping options, select Reserve in store. Here, you will see the reservation fee and the remaining amount to be paid in the store. Important: The reservation fee acts as a deposit and will be deducted from the purchase price, so you don’t need to pay any extra fees.
Complete the reservation: Choose your payment method and complete the reservation - you will then receive a reservation confirmation.
Pickup confirmation: Once your desired bike has been assembled, you will receive a notification to pick it up. Come to the store at the agreed time, where our competent team will be waiting for you. Take your time to thoroughly test the bike.
Testride & Pay: If everything is perfect, pay for the bike directly in the store. The reservation fee will, of course, be deducted from the purchase price. Should you change your mind and decide not to buy the bike, simply contact us and we will refund the reservation fee.
